FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS AT THE AUSTRALIAN TECHNOLOGY PARK
WHAT?
Let us celebrate the foresight and excellent leadership of our fair, globally-respected metropolis by commencing the inaugural Sydney Bike Polo 3v3 Spring League: SHIT CITY.
We’ve procured a spot that we think you will love and there are spaces for 4-6 teams. The rules of engagement for all Shit City Slickers are as follows:
- 3 players per team
- 12 minute, refereed games
- Each team plays minimum two games per week
- Teams who do not play forfeit the match
- Players can appoint a substitute if unable to attend
- Prizes for 1st, 2nd and last
- 30 seconds off will be given to any player seen to be negatively back-chatting the referee/li>

Friday nights from 7pm for 8 weeks commencing the 30th September to the 18th November (TBC). Arguably the best way to kick off your weekend.

WHY?
Why are we starting a league?
We’re hoping that the consistency and commitment of seasonal leagues will help us grow Sydney Bike Polo. Tournaments are excellent for getting the club exposure as they’re organised and entertaining and give spectators something to follow. Friday nights are an easy sell for an invitation, so bring your friends along to cheer for your team and get in on the good vibes. Soon you and those friends will be getting matching team tattoos in the Inaugural Shit City Summer League 2017.

REGISTRATION
Registration for this league is $100 for SBP members and $120 for non-members. This registration covers the cost of hiring the courts and lighting to ensure unhindered game time for the whole season.
Each player will also receive an Official Shit City Swag Bag featuring:
- 2 x shirts in contrasting colours (1 x personalised)
- 1 x polo ball
- 1 x Shit City spoke card
- Stickers
- Miscellaneous velo swag
Any proceeds will go towards the prizes and development infrastructure for Sydney Bike Polo respectively.
