Sydney Bike Polo Membership
To register as a Sydney Bike Polo Member, you will need to fill out and sign two forms. First below is the liability form, then the next is the yearly registration form, of which, there is the current year then the following two years.
1. The liability form
2. Then the following season to which you wish to be a member for:
a. Membership form for the 2013/2014 season
b. Membership form for the 2014/2015 season
c. Membership form for the 2015/2016 season
